a-squared is built to work with limited user rights too. Even if you are logged on with non admin rights, a-squared will protect the whole PC.
If you are running different user accounts on Windows, you can configure specific permissions for every single user at this dialog. It is recommended to use an administrator account only to install software and use a normal user to work on the PC.
If you are an administrator and want to avoid that specific users change the a-squared settings, choose the user from the list and remove the checkboxes of all features that the user should not be able to edit. E.g. select a user who may scan the PC for malware, but may not change the settings of the background guard.
If your PC is member of a Windows domain network, check the "Domain users" checkbox to switch the user list to the domain users.
