HiJackFree 4.5 released

The malware industry is not sleeping…and neither are we. We have been working hard and are now able to present to you HiJackFree 4.5, an improved tool for the fight against threats of all kind. System admin’s in companies and experienced users are the target audience for our analysis software. HiJackFree is free for private users and evaluates running processes and services, shows auto run entries, all open ports as well as browser plug-ins.

Computer professionals have appreciated HiJackFree for a long time, as a substantial tool to detect malware. The new version comes with a lot of changes, most importantly: an improved traffic light evaluates trustworthy, insecure and potentially dangerous processes. Additionally the online analysis was heavily improved and the detail view extended, so even more file information can be seen.

We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious "VB100 Award" by the internationally renowned security magazine Virus Bulletin. Virus Bulletin carries out independent comparative testing of anti-virus products and its tests are widely recognized within the computer security industry.
