Purchase order option

As a corporate client, you can order using a purchase order. The order processing is done by our e-commerce partner Cleverbridge AG. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchase orders from private customers.

Please send us your official order on company letterhead by mail or fax. Please include the following information so we can process your order more quickly:

  • Product ID and name
  • Number of licenses
  • Company name
  • Billing address
  • Delivery address, if different to billing address
  • Name, phone an fax number of the contact person
  • Email address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent to
  • Your requested billing currency

Unlocking

You will receive a license coupon code after purchasing. When installing the software, you will be asked for a user account. Create a new account if you don't already have one from a trial test. Login with your password and enter the received coupon code at the licenses dialog to unlock the full version of the software.

The license information is attached with your user account, that means you can't lose it, even if you re-build your operating system, because it is stored online. If you want to transfer a license on another PC, please use your user account information for the new installation and delete the software on the old PC. A license must not be used on more than one computer at the same time.
