New in 2023.10: See what users have installed with the Application Inventory

The October update introduces a feature that many of you have requested: an Application Inventory. Available exclusively in Emsisoft Enterprise Security, the new time-saving feature enables administrators to quickly and easily see a list of installed applications on users’ machines and, optionally, to uninstall any of those applications.

The Application Inventory lists installed applications in a searchable and sortable grid, and specifies the publisher, version, size, and install date for each application.

The Application Inventory is part of Emsisoft Management Console and will make it a breeze to remotely see what users have installed, and to remove any unauthorized or problematic applications without a desk visit.

Note that the Application Inventory only lists machine-wide applications installed in the Programs folder. Per-user applications are not listed.
