New in 2024.1: License management is now easier than ever

In this month’s update, we’re making license management even easier. From now on, if a device has not been used for 6-months, it will be assumed to have been retired and removed from its seat assignment. Email notifications will be sent a week in advance of the removal, and upon removal. If ever you need to re-add a device, the process is super-simple and takes only a few seconds. You just need to download and run the custom installer.

The update also introduces a new Global Threat Hunting panel. The panel specifically designed to help customers who manage multiple workspaces and enables them to define threat hunts across all of those workspaces.

How to obtain the new version

So long as you have auto-updates enabled, you will receive the latest version automatically during your regularly scheduled updates.

Note to Enterprise users: If you have chosen to receive “Delayed” updates, client systems will receive the new version no earlier than 30 days after the regular “Stable” availability.
