Transfer of devices between Policy Groups

You may need to switch the Policy Group to which a device has been assigned if, for example, a user is changing departments.

How to transfer a device:
You can move a device to another policy group by clicking on the 3 horizontal dots to the right of the device in the Workspace and then by clicking on: Change protection policy.

The device will then be moved to the chosen Policy Group and the new settings will be synced with the device.

You can do it also in the Protection Policies themselves.
To do this, open Protection Policies and choose the Policy Group containing the device which is to be moved.

Then click on the 3 dots to the right of the device you want to move and choose: Change protection policy and select one.

The device will then be moved to the chosen Policy Group and the new settings will be synced with the device.
