New in 2023.12: Smarter and faster detection

This month’s update lays the groundwork for future changes that will help make detection more accurate than ever. In particular, the changes we’re making now will enable more comprehensive use of machine learning in the future to accelerate detection, enhance our detection models, and reduce false-positives.

How to obtain the new version

So long as you have auto-updates enabled, you will receive the latest version automatically during your regularly scheduled updates.

Note to Enterprise users: If you have chosen to receive “Delayed” updates, client systems will receive the new version no earlier than 30 days after the regular “Stable” availability.
