How do I cancel the auto-renewal?

Once you purchase or renew an Emsisoft yearly subscription, your protection is set to be automatically renewed, as explained during the purchasing process.

Auto-renewals can be canceled on your Management Console on

Access with your credentials, click on the name of your workspace and then on “Settings”.

From there you will find the option to cancel the auto-renewal and stop the auto-billing for the current subscription cycle.

Alternatively, you can send an email to our support at any time during the paid license year and ask to turn off the auto-renewal in your behalf.

Please note that cancelling the auto-renewal will leave your protection active until its expiry date.
If you decide to continue your protection after that date you should renew manually or purchase a new subscription.
